AI USE & RESPONSIBILITY DISCLOSURE

Purpose of This Disclosure

Hello Flow Studio ("Hello Flow") uses artificial intelligence, automation, and other software tools as part of how it researches, analyzes, designs, produces, reviews, and delivers certain services. AI is one component of the Hello Flow production system. It does not change who you are contracting with. You contract with Hello Flow Studio, and Hello Flow remains responsible for the services and final client deliverables it agrees to provide.

How Hello Flow May Use AI

Depending on the engagement, Hello Flow may use AI to assist with research, analysis, synthesis, drafting, pattern identification, operational design support, implementation planning, quality review, documentation, production, and other service-delivery tasks. Not every engagement uses AI in every one of these ways.

Responsibility for the Work

Hello Flow remains responsible for the final client-facing deliverables and services it agrees to provide under the applicable service agreement. You are not responsible for auditing or validating Hello Flow's internal AI-assisted production because Hello Flow chose to use AI.

You remain responsible for providing accurate business information, making the business decisions that belong to you, giving approvals where required, and complying with the laws and professional requirements that apply to your own business.

Limitations of AI

AI systems can produce inaccurate information, omit relevant information, misunderstand context, generate outdated information, and produce inconsistent results. Because of those limitations, Hello Flow uses AI within a broader production system rather than treating AI output itself as the professional service. AI-assisted processes cannot be guaranteed to be error-free. Hello Flow's commitment is at the service level: it is responsible for delivering the service described in the applicable agreement, subject to the Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and other applicable policies.

Professional Judgment

AI may assist with analysis, recommendations, production, and routine decisions within defined Hello Flow processes. Hello Flow remains accountable for consequential professional decisions and for the final service provided to you. AI can assist with the work. Responsibility for the professional service remains with Hello Flow.

Client-Facing AI Features

This disclosure describes how Hello Flow uses AI in its own work. If Hello Flow provides a client-facing AI feature as part of a specific service, any additional terms or instructions for that feature will be provided with the service.

AI and Client Information

Hello Flow may process client information through AI, automation, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services. The handling of personal and business information is governed by our Privacy Policy, the applicable service agreement, and the relevant provider terms and safeguards. Hello Flow does not sell personal information.

Hello Flow's services are designed for business operational information. Please do not provide highly sensitive, regulated, or unnecessary personal information through AI-enabled workflows unless its use has been specifically addressed as part of your engagement and appropriate safeguards are in place.

Third-Party AI and Software Providers

Hello Flow may use third-party AI and software providers. Their services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, technical limitations, security measures, and data-processing practices. Hello Flow selects and uses these tools as part of its service-delivery process but does not control third-party platforms. This does not limit Hello Flow's responsibility for its own agreed work.

Relationship to Other Policies

The Terms of Service govern the service relationship. The Disclaimer explains relevant limitations and professional boundaries. The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected. This disclosure explains Hello Flow's use of AI in service delivery.
