REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Services

Because our services involve custom work, refunds are available only if work has not yet started.

Work is considered started once any of the following occurs:

  • onboarding or kickoff communication

  • access to client materials or systems

  • system setup or configuration

  • or any other billable work related to your project

Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and, if offered, are provided at our sole discretion, based on the portion of work completed.

This policy helps ensure fairness while allowing us to dedicate focused time and resources to each project.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or files are delivered.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback does not override this policy.

Unauthorized or disputed chargebacks will be contested using this policy and any relevant supporting documentation.
