REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Services
Refunds are available only if work has not started. Work is considered started upon onboarding, kickoff communication, access to materials, system setup, or any billable activity.

Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and may be prorated at our sole discretion, based on work completed.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or files are delivered.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback does not override this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested using this policy and supporting documentation.
