TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hello Flow Studio website and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a business or professional entity.

2. Services & Products

We offer:

  • Consulting and advisory services

  • Audits and done-for-you system builds

  • Digital products (templates, workflows, documentation)

  • AI-powered tools and automations

All services are provided on a professional, best-efforts basis.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Authorization & Chargebacks

Payment Authorization & Disputes
By purchasing any service or digital product from Hello Flow Studio, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount indicated at checkout.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or digital products delivered in accordance with these Terms.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, you acknowledge that:

You are bound by these Terms, the Refund Policy, and any written scope of work

Services begin upon onboarding, access, or commencement of work

Digital delivery, access, or use constitutes fulfillment

We reserve the right to provide Stripe and the payment processor with all documentation necessary to contest the dispute, including signed agreements, timestamps, delivery records, communications, and usage data.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (incorporated by reference).

6. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for business decisions made using our services

  • AI outputs require human review and judgment

  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws

7. Acknowledgment of Delivery
You acknowledge that services are considered delivered once work has begun, access has been granted, or materials have been provided.

Dissatisfaction with results, lack of use, or change of circumstances does not constitute non-delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, workflows, and materials remain the intellectual property of Hello Flow Studio unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Flow Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12, Fulfillment Policy
Services are fulfilled through digital delivery, system access, live or recorded calls, documentation, or implementation work. Fulfillment may occur incrementally and does not require completion of an entire engagement to be considered delivered.
