The educational and informational material Hello Flow Studio ("Hello Flow") publishes on this website, in blog posts, social content, examples, and general resources is general information. It is not individualized professional advice and is not a substitute for a service designed around your business.

Paid Hello Flow services are different. They are professional Operational Design services and, where purchased, implementation services, performed according to the applicable service agreement and scope. General website content is informational. Paid Hello Flow services are governed by the applicable service agreement and scope.

No Regulated Professional Advice

Hello Flow provides operational design and implementation services. Hello Flow does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment-law, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly agreed and appropriately qualified to do so. Where your operational decisions touch those areas, you should obtain advice from a qualified professional in that field.

No Guaranteed Business Outcomes

Hello Flow stands behind the services it agrees to perform. It does not guarantee a particular business outcome from those services. Hello Flow cannot guarantee increased revenue, more leads, increased conversions, profitability, growth, a specific amount of time savings, uninterrupted third-party software performance, or any other particular commercial result. Testimonials, examples, case studies, and illustrative scenarios do not guarantee future results.

Client Decisions and Business Responsibility

You remain responsible for your business decisions, for legal and regulatory compliance applicable to your business, for whether and how you operate your business after services are delivered, and for decisions outside Hello Flow's agreed scope. This does not shift responsibility for Hello Flow's own agreed work to you. Hello Flow is responsible for performing the services it agrees to provide, subject to the Terms of Service and the applicable project agreement.

Implementation Responsibility

Who performs implementation depends on the service purchased. With an Operational Blueprint, you or your chosen contractor perform the implementation unless additional Hello Flow implementation support or services are purchased. With Build With Us, you or your contractor perform the hands-on build while Hello Flow provides the agreed implementation support. With Have Us Build It, Hello Flow performs or manages the agreed technical implementation scope.

Third-Party Software

Hello Flow may recommend, design around, connect, configure, or implement third-party software. Hello Flow does not control third-party availability, pricing, outages, product changes, API changes, discontinued features, or provider policies. Recommendations and implementation decisions are based on information reasonably available at the time. This does not excuse defects in Hello Flow's own agreed implementation work.

AI-Assisted Services

Hello Flow may use artificial intelligence, automation, software, and internal systems to assist with research, analysis, drafting, quality review, production, and service delivery. AI-assisted processes have limitations and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Hello Flow remains responsible for the final client deliverables and services it agrees to provide under the applicable service agreement. Examples, Case Studies, and Sample Blueprints

Examples, screenshots, sample systems, example Blueprints, case studies, walkthrough videos, and educational content illustrate how Hello Flow's methodology may be applied. They do not guarantee that another client will receive the same design, that the same tools will be recommended, that the same implementation will be appropriate, or that the same results will occur. Every Blueprint is designed around the specific business it is for.

Relationship to Other Agreements

Paid services are governed by the Terms of Service, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the applicable order form, proposal, implementation scope, or other accepted engagement document. Refund and cancellation rights are described in those documents, not on this page. If this Disclaimer conflicts with an accepted project-specific agreement regarding the purchased service, the applicable service agreement controls.
